Ritual Breathwork is a transformational practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to help release unprocessed emotions, move stagnant energy, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. Reiki

Reiki, translated as universal life force energy, is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-just-above) healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki works with your body’s natural energy system to help release stress, calm the nervous system, and create space for restoration.

During a session, you’ll remain fully clothed and comfortably resting while your practitioner uses light touch to promote a sense of ease and grounding. Many people describe feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, or more centered afterward.
